I love my hand!

(no subject)

You know those friends that you really do like, but sometimes you just want to tell them to shut up? Yeah. So Robertson finally had his game tonight, and it was mostly just Matt talking while Thom and I sat there. The game was reasonably interesting, but there were moments when I felt like my head was going to fall off and roll under the table. Hmmm, that makes an amusing mental picture. Now Matt is very nice and all, and I'm grateful that he's been really helpful and patient with me (ok, so I have this insanely strong character with amazing abilities... now what?). But the guy is so obsessed with D&D that I wonder how Amanda puts up with him. *shrugs* Ah well. I shouldn't complain.

On the other hand, I got a CD of Hawaiian hula chants. By Mark Keali'i Ho'omalu, who sang "He Mele No Lilo" and "Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride" with the Kamehameha School Children's Chorus for Lilo and Stitch. He has an interesting style, and the Hawaiian language is so beautiful. It's mostly vowels, how can you not love it?

Last night there was no Golem, so we just watched Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Ah, funness. But of course we had to deal with Ben quoting most of the movie as we watched it, but that's Ben for you. Hee.

And now I shall return to my room. Ah, it is a lonely life: bathing, dressing, undressing, making exciting underwear. Yep. And I've had too much junk food today.
