(no subject)

Some things I would like to do before I die:

- Go skydiving or hang-gliding or get a flying suit, because I WANT TO FLY. The closest I've ever come (aside from airplanes) is going on the swing set. I've been known to swing for long periods of time, because it feels good. But the playground swings are made for little butts, and they kind of squeeze my thunder thighs now. So it's time to try another flying method.

- Be an auntie! Or a grandma, without actually having kids first. So I can spoil a kid and make them macaroni and cheese and make them ridiculous clothing that their parents will make them wear when I come to visit (totally making my nephew a pink bunny suit) and give them things their parents don't let them have and teach them all sorts of things like drawing and knitting and dirty jokes. And then when they get annoying, I can hand them back to their parents.

- Have a dog. I've never had one before. I may be a crazy cat lady, but I like dogs too. Maybe a golden retriever. Or a big fluffy sheepdog.

- Eat human flesh. Just a little nibble, to see what it tastes like. I probably won't like it, but I still want to try it.

- Go to India and Greece and Sweden and Egypt and Japan and Peru and a whole bunch of other places.

- Finish and publish my novel. I've been writing it on and off for years. I'll be surprised if I finish the first draft by the time I'm 30. But I must do this.

- Go to culinary school, just for fun. I want to make fabulous, delicious things. Not now or any time soon, but someday.
